A complete file consists of the following:

Scholarship Application
TRIBAL ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION
Copy of High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or DEGREE, Diploma for College Graduates.
ACADEMIC PLAN OF STUDY .
Registration/Tuition Bill for semester attending
Unofficial/Transcript for the last college/university semester attended
Acknowledgement Form
Acceptance Letter from Institution
