"Fillable" Forms

To further improve customer service, Pascua Yaqui Tribe public use forms are revised and provided in a format that can be filled out on your computer. In order to use the fillable features, please note the following:
You will not be able to file an application via the Internet. Rather, these fillable forms will enable you to fill out the form, and print it out on your local computer. You must print out the form and mail it to the appropriate Pascua Yaqui Tribe office in order to apply for a job.

Some files on this site are in PDF format. In order to download these files you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0
installed on your hard drive. If you do have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0, or are not sure if you have it, then click on the icon
to the right and follow the instructions.

After locating the item you want to download from the site, right click on the icon next to it and choose "Save Target As..." If you left click you can view only.

The "Save As" Window will open. Choose where you want to put the file (either on your desktop, a floppy,
or somewhere on your hard drive) and click "Save".

In most cases this window may appear. If it does, check the box "Close this dialog box when download completes". It may take
a few minutes while the download completes. The file can then be found in the area where you directed it to be stored (desktop, floppy or hard drive).
