What is it?

It's a "LOW POWER FM" radio station to serve the Pascua Yaqui Reservation.

What does it mean?

It's a new kind of non-commercial radio station for community groups. Non-commercial means we can't sell ads, everything is non profit and community service. Low power means that our broadcast will travel about 3.5 miles, so that most people on the reservation will be able to hear it. We plan to eventually broadcast on-line to serve the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.

Who's going to work on the station?

We're looking for volunteers; we don't have the budget to hire a staff right now.
