Injury Prevention

The Injury Prevention Program goal is to reduce harm, disabilities and deaths due to unintentional injuries and violence and provide other trainings regarding and education to Tribal community members. Referrals are accepted from other Tribal Programs. Program services include:

Child Passenger Safety In-Services

Check/ Education Classes
Installations

Home Safety Evaluation

Home visits: Elders and Families with children

Referrals to other programs for home safety surveys

Skate board equipment

Gloves
Helmets
Knee and elbow pads

Services offered in New Pascua, Old Pascua, South Tucson, Barrio Libre, Marana, and Guadalupe. Services can be obtained in person or by phone. All documentation is considered confidential.
