Higher Education Assistance Program

Congratulations on your decision to continue your education. As an applicant with the Higher Education Assistance Program, you will be required to submit the following documentation due by:

Fall Semester – Extended to July 8, 2022
Spring Semester – Last Friday in December

The forms needed are available on the links below and accommodations have been made at our computer stations in the Yaqui Education Service office.

All required documents must be submitted in PDF format including any/all student identifiers such as name, student ID number. If you need assistance in saving your documents in PDF format, please contact the HEAP office

Fall 2022 application is now open and available to submit. Only one application is needed

Students must call and Register with EAS listed below:

The New Student Orientations for the Fall 2022 semester will be held via TEAMS or in person as follows:

  • June 1, 2022 @ 10am Via TEAMS
  • June 6, 2022 @ 4pm via TEAMS
  • June 9, 2022 @ @ 5pm via TEAMS
  • June 15, 2022 @ 5pm via TEAMS
  • June 23, 2022 @ 2pm via TEAMS

Higher Education Assistance Program Ordinance
