Is your enrollment contact information up to date?

To assist with keeping your enrollment record current, the Pascua Yaqui Tribe Enrollment Department requests for all tribal members/ applicants to update their contact information as information changes such as; physical or mailing address, contact numbers and/or email.

Update contact information at the Tucson or Guadalupe Enrollment Departments

Can I submit an online update form for my enrolled minor child(ren)?
Yes, if you are the parent or legal guardian.
What if I don’t currently have a mailing or physical address?
You can provide a relative’s address or hospitality house address if you are displaced.
What if I need assistance completing the online enrollment update form?

What if I am not an enrolled Pascua Yaqui Tribal member or Applicant?
The online update form is only for enrolled members and applicants, should you need information on how to enroll, click here.
What if I don’t have any changes?
If you have no changes, you do not need to complete a member/applicant update form.
