John Newton, MC, LPC, LISAC
Mr. John Newton oversees the clinical aspects of the New Beginnings Program. John provides clinical supervision and oversight, technical support, training and program development.
John joined the team at the New Beginnings Clinic in October of 2016. He worked as a Counselor, Site Manager, Clinical Director and Program Manager for Lifewell Behavioral for 23 years prior to joining New Beginnings.
John earned his BS in Psychology from the University of Houston and his Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. John is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor.
John is a sport’s fan who enjoys playing softball. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.
