Services provided by St. Mary’s:

• Therapists are available to provide individual, family and group therapies using various counseling techniques, case management and acu-detox.
• Our nurse practitioner provides medication services and offers nutritional and herbal supplements and meditation skills.
• Groups are offered to support ongoing wellness.
• Referrals can be made to a range of services offered beyond our clinic to include medication assisted treatment for opiate addiction, crisis care, inpatient/residential treatment, group homes, life skills programming and groups.

CSP St. Mary’s provides outpatient behavioral health services to PYT Tribal members and their families who are experiencing challenges in their lives. Challenges could be due to traumas, losses, addiction, medical or behavioral health issues, family disruption or family conflict. CSP St. Mary’s is a satellite outpatient clinic stationed in Tucson, right behind the St. Mary’s Hospital in the Century Medical Plaza. The clinic is off the reservation and therefore we are required to follow the Bureau of Medical Facility Licensing regulations.
