Dr. Emily Clemans is a proud wife and mother of four boys, whose ages range from elementary school to college. Originally from Indiana, she moved to Arizona in 2007 to pursue her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, graduating in 2011. She began her career managing a local Walgreens, a role she held for six years. In 2017, Dr. Clemans accepted the Pharmacy Manager position with El Rio Pascua Pharmacy, where she played a key role in relocating the pharmacy to its new facility. She was also instrumental in the pharmacy’s transition to tribal ownership, becoming the first manager of the Pascua Yaqui Pharmacy.

Dr. Brieanna Flores is a proud member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and a clinical pharmacist. Dr. Flores obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in 2016. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Arizona in 2012. Dr. Flores completed a PGY-1 residency at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center and worked at El Rio Health as a clinical pharmacist and Certified Diabetes Educator from 2017 – 2024. Dr. Flores began working at the Pascua Yaqui Pharmacy in February 2024.

Dr. Bankim Patel has been a licensed Pharmacist with the AZ state board of pharmacy since 2009. Working as a staff pharmacist with Walgreens from 2009 until 2013 then El Rio Pascua pharmacy from 2013 to 2023. Mr. Patel proudly decided while the Pascua Yaqui Tribe transitioned ownership of pharmacy to stay and continue providing care and service. Bankim also works with Guadalupe staff to ensure medications are sent and received in a timely manner. He loves his customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Dr. Bennet Jordison joined the Pascua Yaqui Pharmacy team in March 2025. He brings over 20 years of experience serving the local community as both a pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist at Walgreens. After earning his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa in 2004, Bennet relocated to Tucson, where he has been dedicated to providing quality patient care ever since.

Dr. Vanessa Cano, is a proud Georgia peach and Mercer University graduate with dual degrees in Pharmacy and Business Administration. Vanessa blends clinical expertise with leadership savvy. A devoted Braves and NFL fan, she leads with hustle, heart, and a dash of southern sass. Her passions and drive are deeply rooted in the love and support of her parents, Jose and Alma, and sister, Zelyna.

Dr. Marcos Ramirez, a new pharmacist who graduated from Midwestern College of Pharmacy, with roots in New Mexico and Arizona. He is passionate about serving the public and is excited to serve the Pascua Yaqui Walupe Community. Outside of work, Marcos enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his cats. He also enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and watching the Phoenix Suns.

Dr. Monique Cazares, a proud graduate from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy class of 2024, Bear Down! When she is not working, Monique can be found enjoying time with her family, volunteering in her community, or sneaking in a good book. Monique looks forward to working with the Walupe pharmacy team, while we contribute meaningfully to the community we will proudly serve.
