How do I make an appointment?

Please call 520-879-6120 to schedule an appointment between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

Who can schedule appointments for me?

The patient or family member can call to schedule an appointment between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

How many patients are scheduled in a day?

Depending on the provider for that day, we normally schedule at least 10 patients for morning hours and 10 patients for afternoon hours.

What if I no-show to my appointment?

The Specialty Clinic asks that if you cannot make it to an appointment please call us so we can fill your appointment slot. We have over 50 patients that need to be seen for each clinic and when you do not show up for your appointment it takes away the slot from another patient that needs to be seen.

What is our late policy?

The Specialty Clinic late policy states that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be rescheduled.

Can I walk in for an appointment?

The Specialty Clinic does not have Specialist Providers scheduled all day everyday so you would need to make an appointment with the Specialist that you need to see.

How do I schedule an emergency appointment?

To schedule an Emergency Appointment please call 520-879-6120 and we will work with you to get seen as soon as possible.

What if I have questions or need help with my referral or appointment?

If you have any questions regarding your referral or appointment please call 520-879-6120 and a front desk staff member or a nursing staff member will help you with your referral or appointment.

What can I do if I do not hear anything about a referral I received?

If your provider made a referral for you and you have not received any notification within 2 weeks, please call 520-879-6120 and a front desk staff member or a nursing staff member will help you with referral information.

Who can I talk to about equipment I need?

If you need assistance with any equipment you may need, please call 520-879-6120 and a nursing staff member will assist you with your equipment needs.

Who can I talk to if I need information about my medications?

If you need assistance with your medications for a Specialty Provider please call 520-879-6120 and a nursing staff member will assist you.

How do I know if I need insurance coverage?

When you check in for a Specialty Clinic appointment, our front desk staff member may notify you if you need insurance coverage and assist you in contacting Eligibility Workers to complete an application.
