Our Services

Nursing services are set up through a phone call to the department from a doctor, hospital, family member and/or other Tribal program. The first step is a short health assessment which will determine the services that will be offered to the member.

Other services we provide include:

  • Biometrics (Blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure check)
  • Case Management
  • Community Emergency Response (trained staff)
  • Consultations with medical providers
  • Coordination of patient care with other facilities/providers
  • COVID-19 Testing
  • COVID-19 Vaccines
  • Health Education (Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Cancer, etc.)
  • Escorts to Medical Appointments on a case-by-case basis
  • Home Visits (Blood pressure, pulse, heart rate, medications, wellness checks, safety check, etc.)
  • Hospital/skilled nursing facility discharge planning
  • Immunization administration
  • Lice Checks including products
  • Medication assistance (delivery and medication boxes while in program)
  • Nursing assessments
  • Pregnancy Testing
  • Syringe Exchange
  • TB Skin Testing
